Abandoned amusement parks

Outdated amusement parks dazzle with their beauty. In these desert areas, filled with mysticism and mystery, once rested adults and heard the laughter of children.

Amusement parks in the twentieth century has been a favorite place for a nice family vacation. However, as time goes on, in place of these parks came in other bright, technologically advanced, with new idols for children. “The old guard” was simply not able to compete with them. Many buildings were closed and demolished to make way for shopping centers, while others were abandoned because of debts. However, those that were left, that recall the days when there was fun for adults and children.

Ruined and abandoned parks are filled with special energy, they could be a great place for filming some Thriller. Walking on those mysterious places, I want to look into every corner, sit on each attraction, because here was once full whole life.

Entertainment in Chemal

The village of Chemal is one of the most popular recreation areas in the Altai mountains. And it has become popular for several reasons: in Chemal is easily accessible thanks to a special microclimate here, which allow us to classify this country to the category of mountain resorts and the village is well developed tourist infrastructure.

In General, more on the way in Chemal there is something to see. Major attractions that are in vicinity of Chemal tract, we considered in a separate topic. Here we will talk about what to do with my free time tourist who decided to stay on vacation in the village.

Perhaps the main local landmark and a business card. Hydroelectric power plant was built in 30-ies of the last century on the Chemal river just upstream from its confluence with the Katun river. By today’s standards the plant is small, almost a toy, but at the time it was a real technological breakthrough.

Currently HPP is not functioning and is used for entertainment of tourists. Here are tours, many Photographed around the plant also staged a extreme amusement Park. It consists of a ropes course and several amusement type Ferris wheel. After the floods of 2014, the Park has suffered badly, but now everything is gradually put in order. Continue reading

Secret Abandoned Park

Once hot may day, my family went to grandma’s village, which was located near the abandoned mining town Bloody Hill to get a little break from the bustle of the city. You can turn the music to MP3, I stared out the window. Green grass swayed in the warm wind, the trees slightly swaying. On the mountains visible in the distance, not the snow melted. The small streamlet glittered in the sun. About 20 minutes later, the weather rapidly began to deteriorate. A strong wind blew massive clouds hid the sun. Big drops of rain drummed on the roof of the car.

– So went to rest quietly, I mumbled and leaned back in his seat. – Not to worry, just a stray cloud, soon the rain will pass, the forecast is passed on that the whole day will be clear, – tried to calm my dad. – I would like to believe it, – said the worried mother.

Two hours later, we arrived on the scene at the gate we were met by the grandmother. Funny dog beam with joy was hovering around us while dad unloaded the things he had three times almost knocked him down, the father quietly grumbled. When we brought the Luggage into the house, grandma sat us down behind a large oak Desk, which stood near the fireplace and drink hot tea with my favorite strawberry jam. But then the phone rang. Dad got a call from work. After the conversation, my mom began in a half-voice to discuss something.

Granny, tell me something interesting about an abandoned mining town, I smile posmotrela grandmother, the parents, in turn, fell silent and with a frown looked at me. Continue reading
